For applicants and students in the EU/EEA, we process your data under: (a) Contract — to fulfil our obligations to enrolled students; (b) Legitimate interests — to operate as an educational institution; (c) Legal obligation — to comply with regulatory requirements; (d) Consent — for marketing communications.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data with: our LMS platform provider for delivery of educational services; payment processors for fee collection; regulatory bodies as legally required; and academic partners where you have applied for credit transfer.

We retain your data for as long as your student or applicant relationship with DOIM is active, plus 7 years for legal and accreditation purposes. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent.
