Twinamatsiko Naboth leads Divine Open Institute of Management at the forefront of transformative online and distance higher education, guided by the conviction that quality learning must be accessible to every individual regardless of geography, economic circumstance, or prior educational background. Under his leadership, DOIM's programmes in Business Administration, Management Sciences, Public Administration, and Entrepreneurship are designed by subject matter experts and delivered through digital platforms to develop transformational leaders capable of driving innovation and contributing meaningfully to society.

As Principal, Nyamurungi Naome carries the responsibility of nurturing an academic environment that is intellectually stimulating, professionally relevant, and personally empowering for every DOIM learner. Academic programmes are developed in consultation with industry professionals, policy experts and scholars to ensure they remain current, comprehensive and globally competitive, supported by faculty who combine deep theoretical expertise with practical experience.
