The Governing Council
The supreme governing body of DOIM, responsible for strategic oversight, policy approval, institutional accountability, and the appointment of the Director.

The Director
The chief executive officer of DOIM, responsible for overall institutional leadership, strategic direction, external partnerships, and fulfilment of the institutional mandate. Accountable to the Governing Council.

The senior academic officer of DOIM, responsible for the quality and integrity of all academic programmes, faculty management, curriculum oversight, and academic culture.

The Academic Registrar
Responsible for student admissions, academic records management, examinations administration, transcript issuance, and academic registration and certification.

The principal administrative and governance officer, responsible for Governing Council secretariat services, institutional compliance, strategic coordination, and official records management.
