As Institute Secretary, I serve as the principal administrative officer of the Institute, the bridge between governance, management, and all stakeholders who invest their trust and resources in DOIM. My responsibilities encompass facilitating the Governing Council, overseeing institutional compliance, coordinating strategic planning, managing official records, and ensuring that the internal workings of the Institute align with our stated values and legal obligations.
